This is the cleanest, politest, best located Hampton inn I’ve ever visited. The room was absolutely spotless. The staff was extremely nice and polite. And breakfast was fresh and refilled for the entire 6-10 time span. (Usually the waffle batter is empty by the time it hits 9 but not here!)
I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, mostly because of work. But this is the BEST one I’ve ever stayed at. Great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, and they even offer room service. I didn’t try it, but it’s offered. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center rivals most 4 star hotels. Location offers easy access to shops and restaurants. 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel!
By far the cleanest and nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long while. Definitely will stay there again. Never had a hotel welcome me by having my name on the TV screen in the room.. kinda cool.
We had a quick stop at this Hampton Inn, but even still had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The Continental breakfast was without a doubt one of the BEST free breakfasts we have enjoyed in this tier of hotel, especially in the States. Kudos to the hotel for offering such a great treat for us to start our day. Price was also very reasonable.
Super welcoming staff, shout out to Chris Angel for making check in seamless. Rooms were clean. Microwave and fridge in room were great. Pool was amazing! Its heated so was nice coming in from the cold. Quiet and temp control was great. Only reason room got a 4 is because the mattresses were not the best. I felt springs in the one coming thru but slept on other bed it was okay.

I’ll admit, Hampton Inns aren’t usually my top choice when I travel. I always expect a clean and safe stay, but not much beyond that. But my recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Prescott really surprised me in a great way. From the moment I arrived, the service was genuinely friendly. My room was not only modern and spotless, but even as a pet-friendly room, it had absolutely no lingering animal smells. I happily paid the pet fee, and it was clear that the room had been well cared for. It gave me hope that more travelers with pets are respecting these spaces. Overall, I left genuinely impressed—and I’d happily stay again.
